Requirements:
Min 5 years Experience as a Manual Pattern Maker
Relevant Qualification in Fashion Design or Patternmaking
Solid experience in Ladies and Kiddies' wear with Retailers
Able to follow Specs for basic to complicated designs
Strong Technical Skill
Ability to simplify designs and garment construction for production purposes
Good communication skills
