Our client a well-established firm has an opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO to join their team in Hatfield, Pretoria area Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 (flexible working environment) Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Secretarial Studies or similar administration qualification MS Support Qualification Advantage Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License 3 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent writing, documenting and communication Presentable as you will be the face of the Company Excellent Computer Literacy Skills (MS Office and Intermediate Excel (V-lookups and minutes) is non-negotiable Good knowledge of cell phone contracts will be an advantage Duties will be, but are not limited to: Assemble MANCO’s monthly report (15th of every month): Give deadline to all managers to submit their reports Compile all managers' reports into a Month Management Report and ensure this is submitted to the relevant stakeholders Filing of CEO's correspondence Use electrical search reference number to reconcile letters every month Compile correspondence for CEO Use the electrical reference number system Use Correspondence Company Procedure to compile all letters Boardroom bookings: Do the Boardroom Bookings electronically in outlook Stock refreshments for CEO's Fridge: Arrange petty cash and the driver to go and buy required stock Company Cell Phones: Responsible for all Company Cell phone upgrades / new contracts, all administration, communication, assistance, record keeping and filing. Attend service provider meetings. General Office administration Purchasing the cleaning materials and consumables to enable the cleaners to do their day-to-day work) Updating the Organogram for the company and assisting with administration in this regard Checking Policies and procedures for the company that the formatting and specifications are correct and ensuring that it is loaded onto the intranet Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted For more information please contact: Mariska Grobler Apply Now
