Personal Assistant with FMCG/Retail indusrty experience. Duties include but are not limited to: Managing of multiple diaries - diary entries and meeting setups (including electronic). Booking of meetings, planning events and arranging of the necessary trips and meeting agendas. Drafting minutes, agendas and meeting planners. Managing all travel arrangements, i.e. Accommodation; Car hire and flights; Booking in or checking online of the flight arrangements in advance; Managing itinerary changes, etc. Submission of the department expense claims. Travelling between stores when required. Drafting of notes, minutes or base trading terms. Record keeping and record management. Full function Office Administration and Secretarial duties. Assisting with regional budgets. Processing of credit card statements. Adhoc requirements - assisting in areas within the Department and Head Office. Compiling reports. Do you have 7 to 8 years experience as a Fully Fledged PA Secretary WITHIN the Retail/FMCG industry? Do you have extensive experience in electronic multi diary management, minute taking, travel arrangements (local and International), compiling reports, expense claims? Do you have a valid drivers license with your own car (to travel between branches when required)? Do you have advanced MS Office skills – with a strong focus on Excel? Salary Range: - R28,000 to R32,000 Cost to company per month (please note that salary will be dependent on years of PA experience, current job level, relevant industry experience, etc.) Apply Now
