What You'll Do: Delight our customers with exceptional service, handling claims proactively and innovatively. Manage and develop a talented team, ensuring consistent service delivery and performance management. Keep things running smoothly, from managing attendance and attrition to meeting deadlines and resolving challenges. Build strong relationships with brokers and clients, ensuring timely responses to queries. Monitor and improve loss ratios by using approved suppliers and adhering to contracted rates. Analyze training needs and implement new processes to strengthen our team. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, delivering results that align with our vision and mission. Requirements: Essential: Matric, FAIS Credits, Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act, Regulatory Exam: Representatives, No FSCA debarment. Experience: 5-10 years in personal lines claims, with at least 2 years in management. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office proficiency, internet savvy, strong understanding of insurance principles.
