Collaborates with sales, supply chain, and production teams to analyze sales forecasts and customer orders for determining production requirements. Develops production plans and schedules to meet customer deadlines, optimizing resource usage and minimizing costs. Coordinates with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of raw materials and components necessary for production. Monitors inventory levels and works with the warehouse team to ensure material and product availability. Conducts regular capacity planning with the Production Manager to align production capacity with demand, considering growth plans. Identifies potential bottlenecks, constraints, and risks in the planning process, devising strategies to mitigate them. Continuously monitors and analyzes relevant data to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the production plan. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation. A degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations or related. Experience in steel, manufacturing, industrial or FMCG Proficent in Microsoft eg. Excel
