Remuneration: Market Related dependent on Skill Set, Knowledge, and experience. Purpose Of The Job Our client sells quality Pre-Owned Truck parts and require a Pre-Owned Truck Parts Sales Executive, to join their Team RESPONSIBILITIES Profile clients according to business products and service Deal with parts and salvage sale enquiries Respond to internet and telephone enquiries Must make sure to construct the deal from start to end Follow-up with existing customers on stock and/or services required Must be able to advise the client on finding the correct part Make sure the correct part is being sold to the client to avoid returns Negotiate with client – must be able to work with numbers Present customer quotations Sending e-mail and WhatsApp quotations Refer complaints in a professional manner Build a network and client base Develop relationships and build a sound and extensive client base Ensure sales targets are met as per budgetary guidelines Track all sales lead from different platforms Make sure client is added to contact list on phone and database correct and accurately Make sure client is added to newsletter list and social media Upselling finance and insurance Deal with international clients KEY MEASURES Client feedback Sales Targets Accuracy of processing (agreements) Must have extensive knowledge on various truck parts WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE A professional image is maintained Clients are impressed by service and efficiency Sales targets are exceeded Zero defect with regard to processing No orders are returned IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIPS Constant interaction and team relationship with the Sales manager and co-workers Constant contact and interaction with the Clients.
