Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will manage the acquisition of goods and services essential for organisational efficiency. This role involves identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring goods' quality and timely delivery. You will also be responsible for optimising procurement processes to minimise costs while maximising value, analysing market trends, and implementing best practices to support the organisation's goals. You will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain Management and over five years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry. You should possess a strong understanding of raw materials and substrates, a proven track record in competitive sourcing and cost savings, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Business Central (or equivalent). Key competencies for this role include strong customer focus, negotiation skills, analytical and critical thinking, ethical conduct, and the ability to build relationships and manage risks effectively. Essential Skills: Proven track record to drive competitive quality sourcing and cost saving. High-level business acumen Experience with imports. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
