My client is seeking a highly organised individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role to join our team as a Production Administrator. If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic and growing organization, we want to hear from you REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Matric. 3 Years’ experience in a similar role and or experience working as a production coordinator in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and orders at a time. DUTIES: Complete daily Job and Production cards. Analyse through job cards the productivity of employees. Co-ordinate orders with lead time. Reviewing production schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed and on time. Co-ordinating orders with Dispatch Department. Loading orders and CRM system and mange accordingly. Prepare monthly production reports. Analyse cost effectiveness of production processes ATTRIBUTES: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good interpersonal skills and Strong Leadership skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High regard for quality assurance. Strong understanding and ability to plan and coordinate. Ability to work independently, but still with a team of individuals to reach targets and goals. R 20 000 - R 25 000 - Monthly
