A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Ltd for a Production Print Specialist, based in Woodmead, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer. Purpose: To direct the Franchise Channel to grow business opportunities and identify key strategic areas in the Production Print space to assist Nashua Pty Ltd in becoming the leading Total Workspace Provider. Main Responsibilities: Areas of business responsible for: Production Print Portfolio The Production Print Specialist enables and supports sale of Production Print solutions to Franchise customers. Further activities include advising new and existing customers on Production Print solutions. Design strategies that will allow Nashua to successfully implement across our Production Print Products, to ensure uptake within the Nashua Channel network. Ensure a deep understanding of market trends, competitor positioning and offerings, key drivers of the business as well as industry best practice. Analyze the metrics and identify patterns for business opportunities in the Franchise channel. This will include establishing key verticals to sell into backed by sales strategies per vertical. Accountable to ensuring that Nashua meet's and exceed the Production Print budgets. Maximize sales performance on monthly sales budgets, targets and goals. Ensure that there is a sufficient commercial approach applied to selling Production Print solutions within the Franchise Channel. Relationship Building & Networking: Internal: Executives, Sales, Finance, Product, HR, Service Delivery, IT, Project Office. External: Franchise Holders, Customers, Service Providers, OEM's, etc. Relevant National Diploma / bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in Production Print A professional presence, vocabulary and communication skills are essential. Sound business acumen with a good understanding of the overall business and industry sector. Individual should be equally comfortable in a Boardroom meeting. Full understanding of best practice selling and the management of channel together with technology. Sound business acumen with a good understanding of the overall business and industry.
