Our client a National Concern is looking for 2 Property Brokers to be located at the Durban Offices. The package includes A basic salary and lucrative commission. There is an option to take the commission only structure which will be discussed at interview stage. The ideal candidate can either have a strong property background or have been a Key Accounts Manager in any industry e.g. Office Automation. Durban(CBD) Commercial/Retails/Industrial Properties or Residential Property Experience Key Accounts Manager in any industry with a solid sales history that can be shown Registered FFC No criminal record Professional appearance/vocabulary Computer literate/word/excel/outlook Should they be more experienced/higher remunerations - Need proof of performance(two years) Need own laptop and cell phone (can be negotiated as part of package) Own car and driver’s licence Self-disciplined/organised Team player
