Pulley Plant Storeman REQUIREMENTS The Candidate must be in the possession of a Grade 12 (English & Maths) certificate, or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office & Syspro will be an advantage) The Candidate must hold a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence The Candidate must know to manage the warehouse, so it operates Proven timekeeping /absenteeism Able to work quickly and Good organizational Good teamwork To adhere to health & safety and disciplinary policies always JOB DESCRIPTION To check and verify all incoming delivery notes of material /product against the purchase orders on To ensure sizes and quantities of material /product Ensure all incoming goods are offloaded quickly and To process all GRN (goods received notes) and mark off all necessary materials received in the job file, copies of delivery notes and invoices are to be scanned and emailed to the relevant account To process all store’s requisitions accurately and file them timeously To allocate /issue all material /product from the stock into jobs when instructed by procurement. To notify procurement on storages of To order pallets and wood for packing of To handle all queries from the accounts department on supplier delivery notes or invoices Liaise with Store’s Manager for stock to be sent from stores to the pulley To carry out cycle counts to maintain stock Ensure all company stock is always kept Review min/max stock level Make sure all products/materials are marked with stock codes and arranged in an orderly Maintain a high standard of To perform any other duties as required
