Requirements: Matric Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration or a similar field. FAIS Compliant (RE 5 and class of business) Skills and experience: At least four (4) to six (6) years’ experience in a health care operational and management role.A thorough understanding of SA’s medical terrain - legislation, growth opportunities, etc.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various parties appropriately for optimal outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and pays attention to detail.Superior judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.Strong administration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.Oral and written communication skills when preparing reports and giving presentations.
