Job Description

Responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring efficient maintenance and repair services.
Supervise a team of diesel mechanics, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate with the service department to prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and repairs on industrial machinery.
Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime for customers and in-house
Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications

Skills

Experience in diesel mechanics and workshop management.
Knowledge of industrial machinery, including forklifts, front end loaders, excavators, skidsteers, TLBs, and generators.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to communicate in Afrikaans
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Valid driver's license.
