Our client based in Bellville South is seeking to employment an individual as a Receiving Clerk on contract basis. Requirements Must have matric Must have SAP system experience for at 2- 5 years Computer literate Telephone etiquet Customer service Physical Logistics (advantageous) Duties Responsible to receive invoices and customer claims from the GRA Receiving Clerk and capture above mentioned documents as per grading criteria i.e.: 1st Grade and 2nd Grade etc. as indicated on the document onto the SAP system. Errors identified during capturing to be validated with the GRA Receiving Clerk and amend documents if necessary. Process documents onto the SAP system and handover to the GRA Returns Clerk for the Post Goods Issue process. Responsible for processing of Returns and Refusals Claims as well as to ensure that all claims are filed accordingly Assist the claims Returns and Refusals Department with customer disputes. Learn order receipt and capture process within 3 months. Learn and adhere to Customer Service ethic. Above to be trained by Supervisor. Check all order details to ensure 100% correctness of order: - Customer account details - Customer Order Number - Quantity - Product details - Price - Delivery date. - Delivery details (address) Liase with Sales and CRR for any queries related (Account Number or Material). Process Uplift Claims / Invoice (24hours) within the scheduled timeframe (24 hours). Ensure 100% accurate capturing of all documents received. Ensure Credits above R 10,000.00 are filed Action and communicate Uplift and Invoice queries to relevant parties within 48 hours from receiving the query with final response or progress status. Liase with ACCRA/NBS/COS department on credit related issues. Ensure open sales order raised by CSA/ GLOBE are completed within 24hrs Ensure incomplete sales order are completed within24hrs Ensure capture error queries are resolved wthin 24hrs and justification is sent to GRA Team Leader. Inventory counts to be captured daily as part of daily cycle counts and monthly W2W Inventory Counts Consise daily administration relating to Uplifts received and processed to be captured in Uplift Tracker Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility. (mandatory - do not remove or change) 2. Understanding of SHE and Quality Policies 3. MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel 4. Knowledge of the SAP System 5.Basic understanding of reverse logistics processes 6.
