Duties and responsibilities:
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Data Capturing
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Maintain Reception Area
  • Maintain boardroom calendar
  • General office duties
  • Answering the switchboard
  • Welcoming guests
  • Provide administrative support tasks
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
