Receptionist / Admin Assistant - Pretoria
Requirements:
Grade 12
2+ years reception experience
Fluent in English and Afrikaans. (Read, Speak and Understand)
Friendly and well-mannered with proficient telephone and email etiquette.
Efficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
Duties:
Printing, Copying, Scanning, Sorting and Filing Attention to detail important.
Requesting of quotations and invoices.
Basic Accounting understanding for quotation and invoice comparisons, petty cash recons + completing of requisitions (GL allocations, VAT and Discount treatment).
Trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
Booking of venues, flights, and accommodation.
Purchase of monthly head office supplies and record keeping thereof.
Ad hoc Head Office tasks and administration as and when required.
