Receptionist/Office Manager - Midrand
Minimum requirements:
Matric
Certificate in Office Management will be beneficial
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Receptionist, Office Manager, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with ordering of stationery and office equipment
Ability to communication with various role players for marketing and administrative supplies
Hands-on experience with office equipment such as telephone systems and printers
Professional attitude and appearance
Experience with sending and receiving parcels through designated Couriers
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise and resolving these day to day issues
Excellent organisational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Receiving and welcoming clients in a professional manner and screening of telephone calls
