The Recruiter will mainly be responsible for the recruitment of both external and internal candidates.
Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for the full recruitment process.
- Be comfortable with targets and talking to applicants in person as well as virtually/telephonically.
- Keeping client files up to date and organized.
- Continuously improving the recruitment process / department.
Internal Recruitment Process:
Screening through CVs.
Selecting appropriate applicants and scheduling of interviews
Continuous growing/adding on current database
Typing of selected applicants CVs
Conducting interviews with department managers
Performing reference checks
Performing background, - educational, - financial checks, etc.
Liaising with clients and HR team
Regretting of applicants
Sourcing of applicants
Sending offer letters
Keeping vacancy report up to date
External Recruitment Process:- Sourcing of clients
- Continuous growing/adding on current database
- Creating and posting of adverts
- Screening of applicants
- Conducting interviews and selecting appropriate candidate according to client job specification
- Performing reference checks
- Creating candidate document pack to be sent to client (Updated and typed CV, Educational documents, Drivers License, References, etc.)
- Performing background, - educational, - financial checks, etc.
- Liaising with clients and HR team
- Regretting of applicants
- Sourcing of applicants
- Sending offer letters
- Keeping vacancy report up to date
- Following up with clients
- Background checks
Position Requirements:Formal Education & Certification- Matric
- Diploma in HR will be an advantage
- Interest in Recruitment
Knowledge & Experience- 3+ Years working experience in recruitment.
- Basic MS Office experience / knowledge.
- Canva experience would be beneficial but not required.
- Placement partner software beneficial.
- MIE knowledge would be beneficial.

- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with talking to higher management (CEOs and Directors).
- A natural curiosity.
