Recruiter Assistant - Pretoria

Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification will be beneficial but not essential
  • 3+ years working experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Detail orientated
  • Admin orientated
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
Job Purpose:
Assisting the recruiters with administration duties, which includes, but not limited to, reference checks, sourcing of CV's, screening of candidates, typing of CV's and interviews.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding a job description and matching potential CV's to the job description
  • Sourcing CV's from different platforms
  • Screening of candidates
  • Reference checks
  • Interviews
  • Administration
  • Typing of CV's
  • Building relationships with candidates
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
