Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial but not essential
- 3+ years working experience
- Computer Literate
- Detail orientated
- Admin orientated
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
Job Purpose:Assisting the recruiters with administration duties, which includes, but not limited to, reference checks, sourcing of CV's, screening of candidates, typing of CV's and interviews.
Responsibilities- Understanding a job description and matching potential CV's to the job description
- Sourcing CV's from different platforms
- Screening of candidates

- Building relationships with candidates
- Any other ad-hoc duties
