We are looking to appoint a recruiter/ consultant with passion, drive, and excellent communication skills to join our small team. The successful candidate will have the ability to operate in a structured unstructured environment. You will need to be a self-starter, working with an existent client base, while developing your own. Ability to use social media and the like to source candidate will be required. You will need previous experience of recruitment as an external recruitment consultant including the full 360-degree function. Strong understanding of Sales and Targets withing the recruitment sector. Operating from our Blouberg Road offices, we will only consider candidates already in Cape Town based and an understanding of the local client market.
