Key Responsibilities: Receive documents from client Capture clients status report Update clients on status of shipments Ensure all documentation received from client is correct for clearance & release Liaise with service providers, hauliers, shipping lines etc Register shipments on Megatrac Upload documents on Megatrac Open shipment control file Record shipment file on tracking sheet and keep updated as clearance process takes place Generate CTO's as and when required Update client status reports Monitor shipments from customs Arrange release with Port Health/State Vet etc Arrange delivery of shipments Check service providers charges, pass for payment and records disbursed amounts in shipment file Check charges against rate profiles and pass creditors invoices for payment Check line if storage/demurrage is suspected Complete client costing sheet Split clients documentation prior to sending through for costing Prepare files and send files for costing
