HR Generalist – HR Processes systems – Fixed Term Contract Candidate will be working remotely from their home B Degree in the Human Resources Must have Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a HR Generalist position also having worked with HR Processes is essential Provable experience in Engineering or Mining environment Must have strong working experience in reviewing HR processes systems Computer Literacy essential Valid drivers’ license and own transport Experience gained in a HR Mining environment advantage Reporting to Manager: Human Resource Systems This position will be responsible for reviewing current HR processes systems for the company to ensure best people practice. Review and re-define HR processes to ensure alignment of HR strategies in line with Company and legislative requirements.
