Looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a reservations department for multiple properties. The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group. Scope & General Purpose: Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager Requirements: Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar position Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint) PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous Proficiency in English Well-organized with good time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Works well and accurately under pressure
