Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Reservationist for a Luxury lodge and Hotel group. : Reservationist : Johannesburg : R15 000 - R20 000 Accommodation: Live out Scope & General Purpose: Manage daily administrative tasks related to reservation elements of the business. Respond to queries and assist customers via telephone and email. Perform additional duties as assigned by the reservations manager. Requirements: Proven experience as a reservations consultant or similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, and Hotelier preferred. Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized with good time management abilities. Ability to work accurately under pressure and as part of a team. Solid interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. RSA ID required. System Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with eRES/Nebula, Opera, and Apex systems preferred. Minimum Experience & Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties. Strong command of the English language with good writing skills. Dynamic, self-starter with a flexible approach. Presentable appearance. Salary: The package includes a mandatory 5% deduction towards the company’s provident fund. Medical Aid available as part of the CTC package.
