We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual to join our team at voco The Bank, Rosebank as a Reservations Agent with relevant experience and exceptional skills using OPERA PMS. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming reservation inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online platforms. Process reservations accurately and efficiently using OPERA PMS. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel amenities. Provide personalized recommendations and information to guests to enhance their experience. Manage group bookings and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events. Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests with attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Assist with revenue management initiatives to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Reservations Agent in a luxury hotel environment. Proficiency in OPERA PMS is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
