Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12
A qualification in Butler duties will be an added advantage.
Valid code 10 drivers license
At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the 5-star environment
Sound knowledge and experience with Bar duties
Knowledge and experience of overall hospitality operations mainly Food and Beverages.
Reasonable wine knowledge
Confident team Player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control (People skills-tolerance, patience, and care)
Presentable and well spoken
