Any change in rosters need to be approved by head office High staff morale Dealing with customer complaints Full stock take to be done on Wednesday and Sundays and sent to head office Daily stock count of main line items and bar and sent to head office Variances sent through to head office on a daily basis Disciplining of staff and holding staff accountable as needed On going food & wine training/knowledge Weekly food & wine pairing. Pictures to be sent to the WhatsApp management group Table etiquette & waiters perfect approach To maintain outstanding guest relations Sustaining and expanding customer base Health & safety compliance Ordering or overseeing orders Ensuring there are no out of stocks Budget percentages in relation to turnover to be upheld: 35% (food and beverage) 5% (expenses) Overtimes are managed in accordance to payroll through a overtime book Maintaining food cost in line with head office objectives Balancing of all cash ups Keeping a recruitment file with CVs Product procurement Repairs & Maintenance Adding to a conducive team environment Leading by example Ensuring all other job descriptions are understood by all positions in the restaurant. Knowing all aspects of your restaurant Anything else that would be required by you that is not mentioned above to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant in all areas or as requested by Head Office
