  • Matric
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration or internal sales support in a technical environment; liaising with Reps, Customers, Internal Procurement Department and External Suppliers
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in an open-plan team environment
Duties
  • Quotes and proposals
  • Ordering stock
  • Invoicing
  • Reporting weekly sales transaction list and occasional scrap reports
  • Third party invoicing including orders, GRV's and invoices
  • Maintaining and keeping Rep's Whatsapp groups up to date
