Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Sales Administrator. Our Client is a leading electronic recycling company committed to sustainable and responsible e-waste management. With a focus on environmental conservation and ethical practices, they strive to provide cutting-edge solutions for the recycling and disposal of electronic waste.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information about products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Order Processing:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed.

Inventory Management

  • Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and conducting regular audits.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics to manage stock availability for customer orders.

Sales Reporting

  • Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on key performance indicators.

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
