Leading supplier and installer of Glass Balustrades, Showers, Walls and Door products is currently looking for an experienced hardworking Sales Administrator to join our team in Linbro Park . The perfect candidate for this role must have at least 3 years working Sales / Administration experience Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Provide accurate information and assist with resolving customer concerns or issues, Preparing Customer Quotes, Assisting the Sales Manager in all administrative and sales tasks, Support the Sales Team, Following up on Quotes sent out, Taking charge of the CRM system, Ensure all sales documentation is accurately processed and filed, Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations, Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for where required, Managing Switchboard calls, Assisting in posting on social media, Assisting in monthly sales reporting, Respond to customer queries timeously, Minimum of 3 years administration experience Experience in Glass Industry an advantage Ability to work with the sales team and management to reach goals Hardworking, target driven and innovative Positive attitude Team player Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer services skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Glasspro Software an advantage Made2Measure experience an advantage Solid written and communication skills in English and Afrikaans Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Salary R10k – R13k CTC / month, negotiable, dependent on skills and experience.
