Sales Agent - Midrand
-Selling C-TV product to customers and representing the brand . -Maintaing customer relationships -Reaching out to potential leads through a veriety if channels such as email,phone ,text ,and social media . -Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value -Assist customers to subscribe on C-TV and ensure that the customers account in working properly. -Participating in company meetings with sales manager and other sales representatives ; This usually involves providing a recap of recap of recent results and accomplishments to ensure that weekly targets are met. -Address customer concern and report any issue that you may encounter to your line manager . -Upselling to existing customers . -Emphasising product features ;as a sales agents ,you should be able to improve product knowledge and understanding of the market among sales teams by finding best ways to emphasise the product features through Sales strategies . -When a customers agree to purchase a product , you need to close the deal and negotiate discounts for advance payments (3months subscriptions) where necessary . -You are required to work with your sales Manager to improve brand awareness :as a sales consultant , you need to find creative ways to keep the company 's product s attractive . - You also required to improve brand awareness and the company 's online presence by developing new makerting strategies to improve sales efforts . -You are reuqired to attend training sessions as and when Instructed by your line manager .
