Sales and Marketing Administrator - East London

Well established company based in East London are seeking an applicant who is willing to join their dynamic team. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our sales team and co-ordinate various marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or studying towards these qualifications
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales support or marketing administration role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Diary management for senior sales team
  • Flight and accommodation bookings
  • Arrange the distribution of samples to agents and customers
  • Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities
  • Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events
  • Plan and organise customer planning meetings and marketing events
  • Provide digital images of products to sales team when required
  • Receive, list, and prioritise customer complaints – (via social media, telephone, ERP, etc.)
  • Update product libraries and catalogues - providing digital images as and when required
  • Arrange courier delivery for promotional and other sample items
  • Coordinate donations and sponsorship requests
  • Maintain schedules developed by the Sales Reporting Analyst
