Job Summary: The Sales Executive for Bakwena Day Spa will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our beautiful Day Spas located at Hartebeespoort, Pretoria (Erasmia). The role requires exceptional sales and customer service skills to maximize spa packages, and individual treatments. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Spa Managers and team to promote our spa services to potential customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and develop strategic sales plans to meet business objectives. The Sales Executive will also be responsible to market the product to Travel Management Companies, STOs, PCOs, and FITs. The position is based at our Head Office located in Parktown, Johannesburg. Basic salary plus commission. Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and spa members. Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate spa services. Conduct tours of the spa facility, showcasing amenities and explaining treatment options. Present and upsell spa memberships, packages, and special promotions to potential clients. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of spa services, including scheduling and coordination. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generated using the designated CRM system. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis. Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge of spa services and sales techniques. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 and / or similiar qualification. Driver's licence and own reliable transport essential. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive demeanor and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of spa services and treatments, including massage therapies, facials, body treatments, and other beauty and wellness offerings. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales and marketing tools. Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. See Description See Description Apply Now
