The successful candidate will be involved in developing (KZN). The Dealer Work is to be established to cover all major cities in the Region, Dealers should be appointed to Stock, Service and Market Power Products in the Region.
Responsibilities:
• Appoint and Develop a Network of Dealers in Identified Area `s in the Region.
• Build Strong Relationships with Dealers.
• Ensure that Dealers meet Dealer Criteria for Stock Holding and Sales Target Achievement.
• Ensure that Dealers cover the full spectrum of the Market for the Area that the Dealer is Appointed.
• Monitor Competitor Activities in the Region.
• Compile Monthly Reports per Dealer on Sales Target and Unit Achievement.
• Achieve Monthly Sales AND Gross Profit Targets as set out each year.
• Ensure that Dealers keep full Range of Products and that correct stock levels are adhered to by the Dealer.
• Regularly visit Dealer Customers with Dealer to Promote the Brand Of Products.
• Introduce a forward ordering system with Dealers.
• Continuously offer Product Training to Dealers and Dealer Sales Staff.
• Introduce new CRM Programme with Dealers.
• Continuously Monitor the Ranking of Dealers according to Sales Achievement.
• Expanding business into the Hire companies
Qualifications and Competencies Required:
• 5 Years’ experience in sales environment of Power Product Market
• Computer Literate in Excel and Word. Power Point will be added advantage.
• Strong Negotiating Skills and ability to Build strong customer Relationships.
• Sales background in the Power Product Market
• Have the ability to see new opportunities within the Dealer Business.
• Must have Matric. Any other sales or Marketing diploma will be an advantage.
• This is a senior Sales position, and the successful candidate must have a strong sale background and track record.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and must be able to work on their own.
