Strong negotiation skills Strong people skills Communication skills Excellent motivational skills Excellent organisational skills Sound written and verbal communication skills Planning in order to achieve the following: Meeting sales targets Daily and monthly sales planning Negotiation Drive the sales processes Customer visits Daily sales call reports Daily or weekly sales meetings Grade 12 5 years sales and marketing experience within a target driven environment Knowledge of Essential Oils/Natural Extracts/Citrus Oils/ Flavours & Fragrance/Indigenous Oils, will be an advantage Experience in the manufacturing field will be an advantage R20K to R25K Basic plus Comm Fuel Medical Aid Pens Funeral Cover Life Cover
