Our client is a supplier of a comprehensive range of raw materials in Essential Oils, Citrus Oils,Flavours and Fragrance , Indigenous and Exotic Oils and Aromatics . They are based in Randburg and looking for the following Candidates to fill the Sales Representative position : Males or Females between the ages of 25 to 45 years old , Living in Randburg or Surrounding Areas Own Reliable and Insured Vehicle The person will be on the road 80% of the time and will attend to meetings at the office . Qualifications : Grade 12 Sales and Marketing Experience Knowledge of essential oils will be an advantage Experience Required : 5 years Sales Experience within a target driven environment Experience in the manufacturing field will be an advantage Knowledge Required : Market Knowledge Marker Research Computer Knowledge - MS Office and Sage Pastel Evolution Building customer relationships Skills Required : Strong Negotiation Skills Strong People Skills Communication Skills Excellent Motivational Skills Excellent Organisational Skills Sound written and verbal communication Skills Planning in order to achieve the following : Meeting Sales Targets Daily and Monthly sales planning Negotiation Drive the Sales Process Customer Visits Daily Sales Call Reports Daily or Weekly Sales Meetings Basic Salary : R 20 000 Plus Benefits Benefits : 50 % Discovery Medical Aid , Life & Funeral Policy, Provident Fund Fuel claims will be paid once a week (non - taxable) Comission based on targets
