Sales Support Analyst - Port Elizabeth

The incumbent will be based in Gqeberha, reporting directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager. Key Result Areas Perform all work according to work orders as per requirement. Analyse sales, customer and product data and provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing departments. Daily, weekly & monthly performance reporting including dashboards that track sales and product performance against targets. Trend analysis and other ad-hoc analytical tasks. Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets, Monthly forecasts, departmental plans and objectives. Communicating regularly with the sales team to drive targeted actions, milestones and awareness. Provide key financial and pricing data to the sales team and support on customer presentations reports. Maintaining material used in presentations, proposals, qualifications and other marketing tools and documents. Recommending changes to policies and procedures based on customer feedback or industry trends. Perform other administrative tasks within the sales departments as required. Use insights to optimise communication and planning in other departments. Requirements 1-2 years Sales related exposure would be advantageous. Strong research and data analysis skills. Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical. Good organisation and planning skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Superior knowledge of systems such MS Office and specifically Excel. Comfortable with change and proactive in adapting to new situations. ? Results oriented and metrics driven. Experience within a manufacturing environment advantageous Experience with SAP ERP would be advantageous. Personal Attributes Energetic and Self-Motivated Individual. Honest and Reliable.
