Responsible for supporting the execution of sales strategies and driving sales through the Scheme distribution channels. Assist with the development of the sales strategy, creating sales tactics, plans and targets. Identify business opportunities in target markets in order to capitalize on partnerships and stakeholder engagements. The incumbent will manage a sales teams and Brokers based with the objective of ensuring that both the individual team member/Broker and the company targets are achieved to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong stakeholder relationships. The incumbent will be based in Gauteng. Manage and lead a team of sales and service consultants and Brokers to improve sales, setting monthly goals or targets. Identify and report on challenges areas within the scheme to improving membership. Ensure that we maintain our membership and recruit new members. Ensure adherence of scheme budgets, policies, and procedures at all times To keep abreast with healthcare trends Ensure compliance in all business dealing we engage in Manage team's performance and identify training needs. Tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing and/or NQF level 6 equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years' experience in medical aid environment industry. 2 or more years in a leadership role in similar environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is essential in MS Word Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Driver's license, with PDP an advantageous and willing to travel. ​​​​​​ Assertive and Anaylitical Resilient Emotional and Social Intelligence Self-Motivated and self-starter (initiative-taking approach) Technical & practical Sales management. Excellent interpersonal skills including high ethical standards. Excellent and proven supervision and leadership skills Attention to detail, analytical and good reporting skills. Strong planning and organising Ability to use own judgement. Strong customer skills Good communication skills in verbal and written. Interpersonal skills and working in a team and being able to manage using emotional intelligence. Apply Now
