Job Duties Core SBC mANAGEMENT - Sonus/Oracle Software Maintainance Routing updates New connection implementations POIL’s Direct customer connects DR Testing Always up monitoring, switchover investigation and reporting Microsoft Teams Routing Maintain software revisions Maintain stability Costing updates (Interconnect partners) Costing updates (End user billing) Backup schedules and remote storage DR testing Feature upgrade and fault logging with supplier Best practice adoption across the platform Call Rating / DID rating Experience: 5 years experience as a Senior Voice Engineer Avaya Experience Sonus SBC Experience Extensive SIP protocol experience SQL Experience Linux Experience VoIP Protocol, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Session Border Controllers, Gateways & Soft switch experience (essential) Experience in disaster planning / recovery and execution (essential) Managing staff Experience at least 3 years Skills and knowledge in: SBC setup and maintenance In depth understanding of SIP In depth understanding of VoIP and networking requirements to meet this need VoIP class 4/5 platforms Commercial skills for interconnect partner negotiations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively Moiponehumankindgroup.co.za
