Reference: CMF002841-LZ-1One of the biggest manufacturing company in Johannesburg is seeking a well-experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join their Johannesburg office. The purpose of this role is for the candidate to focus on financial reporting,Audit,tax and consolidations, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and transparency of financial information for the Group and select clients. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, local regulatory requirements and a keen eye for detail. Qualifications: Completed Honours degree In B.com Accounting /CA(SA) Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles Minimum 5-8 years working experience in a similar role. Proven experience in financial reporting,audit ,tax and consolidations Skills: In-depth knowledge of IFRS, South African GAAP and local tax regulations SAGE Quick books Job description: Provide payroll support and processing of employees' pay in Sage payroll Generate accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including various reconciliations as required Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure completeness. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure completeness and accuracy. Work closely with subsidiaries and business units to gather financial data for consolidation purposes. Manage the consolidation process for the organisation and our clients ensuring accurate reporting of consolidated financial statements.
