MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Lead continuous improvement, Safety, Health, Environment Risk and Quality (SHERQ), where excellence is expected, and managers are held accountable and responsible for compliance to legislation throughout the division. To develop, manage and oversee the implementation of SHERQ and IMS policies, processes, practices, and procedures within the Agriculture division to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory and other requirements ensuring effective and efficient management for the division. SHERQ Management Financial management Emergency planning Human capital Sustainability Expirience More than 10 years' relevant managerial experience and a demonstrated track record in leading a diverse team, including successfully implementing a SHERQ Strategy within an operational business Extensive knowledge of: Industry SHE Principles & Practices Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) Best practice training methodology and implementation Effective incident management ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards SHE management systems Hazard, Risk and Environmental Management Systems Laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations Project management Desired Skills: SHERQ Electronic Systems Core Behavioral Competencies Coaching And Mentoring Attention to detail Project Management Adaptability Problem Solving And Decision Making Desired Work Experience: More than 10 years Desired Qualification Level: Degree
