Reference: ITE005860-MSc-1 We are seeking a skilled Unified Endpoint Management Senior Solutions Architect to join our client's team for a flexible resources assignment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems and related components. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems and related components. Verify, plan, and execute maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams. Assist in defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments. Understand and monitor impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments. Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance topics. Interact with an international product team, external providers, vendors, and customers. Essential Skills Requirements: Advanced proficiency in VMWare Workspace One (UEM & Access). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Intune. Advanced knowledge of at least one OS/device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux). Advanced skills in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPO. Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apple technologies. Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and integration issues. Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem management). Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Advantageous Skills Requirements: Proficiency in the German language. Experience in operation of Linux Servers and/or Windows Servers. Experience with cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Services). Experience with monitoring solutions (SCOM, Dynatrace, Site24/7, etc.). Experience with SQL databases (MS, Oracle, etc.). Experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and analytical abilities. Qualifications/Experience: A university degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification OR 5 years of IT experience.
