Service Consultant (Call Centre Environment) - Cape Town Region

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Consultant within the medical scheme space and based in Cape Town . The Service Consultant is a customer service champion, who provides an informative & intuitive customer experience to stakeholders (including: Medical Schemes, Members of the medical scheme, Providers, Employer groups & Intermediaries), proactively striving to resolve each query on the first call. Key Activities: Manage customer service requests Strive to resolve queries on first contact Educate stakeholders on self-help digital servicing tools Connect with your customers (all stakeholders) across all channels, enabling an intuitive experience Provide a seamless, progressive and holistic approach, understanding the customer’s needs. Resolution of specialised and complex queries Address all customer complaints in alignment with policies and procedures to achieve stakeholder buy-in Education and Experience: 3 – 5 Years’ experience in Health Care Operations Matric Essential Call Centre, Customer Services Certificate – advantageous Apply Now
