Requirements : Must have matric Must be computer literate (MS Office proficient) Must have previous Office Automation experience Administration and customer service skills essential Bookkeeping experience an advantage Duties : Daily allocation of calls to technicians in various areas. Keeping clients informed of the progress regarding the call status. Daily logging of service calls. Ordering of spares required and creating purchase requisition Ensuring stock levels are kept at the desired stock holding. Assisting with stock take. Keeping the Service Manager informed of technician’s attendance. Ensuring the efficient running of the workshop Escalating any incident that requires the Service Manager’s involvement. (Both external and internal.) Planning of new installations and communicating with both the sales division and client Pulling reports and capturing on the systems Ability to work in a team other related duties as per company requirement
