Opportunity exists with dynamic IT company for IT Service Desk Technician with at least 2-3 years technical support experience in the IT industry and strong skills in Microsoft 365, network and server management. Ideal to have worked in an IT Managed Service Provider environment previously. Responsibilities will include performing a daily support function, track and co-ordinate all IT service requests, follow-up and track incidents and control to ensure that incidents are resolved timeously, general IT administration, Microsoft 365 support, Workstation support, server support, 3CX support, networking, Mimecast, daily tickets, and backup systems. Requirements: 2-3 years technical support experience in the IT industry Minimum Matric certificate CompTIA A or N Microsoft 365 experience Microsoft and Fortinet certifications beneficial Product certifications such as Microsoft, Fortinet, Mimecast etc. are an advantage Computer literacy essential Customer service orientation Valid South African driver’s license with own roadworthy car
