RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the industry, is currently seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our client in Kwazulu-Natal. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of shift workers to ensure the smooth operation of production processes and meet productivity targets. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, motivating and developing team members, and implementing process improvements. Requirements Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi cargo warehouse environment.
