Showroom Manager - Cape Town City Centre
A leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is seeking a Showroom Manager for its upmarket showroom in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Maintain showroom operations.
- Manage showroom staff and maintain employee motivation and performance.
Job Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate.
- Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing (advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interest in the décor field.
- Outgoing, dynamic, and driven.
- Highly motivated, loyal, and committed.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong admin skills.
