Site Manager - Richards Bay
We currently have an opening for Site Manager in the Richards Bay area to oversee our Trolley Porting and Cleaning sites in the Area.
Dutie Include:
- Managing trolley porting staff, ensuring timekeeping and attendance.
- Disciplining staff.
- Ensuring staff are loaded onto the biometrics system and their hours are accurately recorded on the system
- Client liason.
- Providing accurate trolley counts daily.
- Ensuring we adhere to the SLA for the sites.
- Client liason.
- Ensuring zero losses of trolleys on site.
- Strong communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Management of unskilled labour
- Reliable
- Honest
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail management or related.
- Previous trolley/cleaning management exprience is advantageous.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Traceable references.
