Site Manager - Scaffolding/Insulation/Painting - Secunda
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee all aspects of access/scaffolding, insulation, and painting on-site within the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations, safety, quality, planning, commercial aspects, and personnel to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintenance.
Position Info:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in access/scaffolding, insulation, and painting within Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects / maintenance.
- Proficient in managing Unit Rate Contracts and commercial aspects from tender to invoice to claims.
- Demonstrated ability to control costs, manage budgets, and optimize revenue streams.
- Strong background in managing safety, quality, planning, quantity surveying, site administration, stores, workshops, and on-site operations.
- Sound knowledge of labour relations and employment law, with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
- Experience in managing both maintenance and project-based activities.
- Proven track record in business development, including identifying opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
- Ability to oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
