RPO Recruitment's client, a leading company in the Appliances Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Spares Advisor to join their team in Cape Town. As a Spares Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support for spare parts inquiries and orders. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company and contribute to the success of their after-sales operations. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts availability, pricing, and lead time Provide accurate and detailed information on compatibility and installation requirements Process spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues related to spare parts availability or delivery Maintain and update the spare parts database and inventory Assist with warranty claims and returns Handle any customer complaints or escalations in a professional and efficient manner Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the appliances or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of spare parts and components, especially in the appliances industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and inquiries Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands
